The Grief Navigation Circle

€30.00 every month for 3 months

A small circle for people learning how to live with loss.

Grief is one of the most human experiences we share — and yet it is often lived in isolation.

The Grief Navigation Circle is not therapy. It is not a class. It is not a place where anyone is expected to “fix” themselves.

It is a small, guided circle where grief is allowed to exist without being rushed, analyzed, or silenced.

In these gatherings, people sit together in a quiet container of witnessing.

Stories are spoken.

Silence is respected.

Emotions are allowed to move naturally.

And something powerful begins to happen:

When one person speaks their grief aloud, others recognize themselves inside it.

That recognition softens the loneliness grief often brings.

The circle becomes a place where you remember you are not the only one carrying these feelings.
