I receive many messages, and I answer only those that are aligned with the work I’m able and willing to offer at this time. Writing to someone online is an energetic act — it carries intention, hope, and expectation. I invite you to place that energy with care.

The FAQ exists to protect both of us: your time, your heart, and my capacity. Messages sent without reading it are unlikely to receive a response, not out of disregard, but out of respect for clarity and boundaries. Thank you for meeting me consciously here.
